100 Mile House fishing trip

The guys from 100 Mile House came to Campbell River for their annual fishing trip.

We started early in the morning of the 11th and hooked in to some nice size spring salmon right away,

after having steady action all day we ended up with a tub full of springs with our biggest one

tipping the scale at 21lbs and a 35 lb halibut. The next day the fish were not as willing to bite

but after a lot of hard work we still got ourselves a nice catch, bringing home a 13 and 20lb chinook salmon.
